Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Esthetician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have expertise in a variety of beauty treatments and techniques to enhance our clients' appearance and boost their confidence.

Responsibilities

• Perform skin analysis and provide professional skincare treatments
• Administer facials, peels, and other skincare services
• Conduct hair removal procedures including all body hair & facial waxing
• Apply makeup for special occasions or events
• Educate clients on skincare routines and products
• Sanitize equipment and maintain a clean work environment
• Assist in managing inventory of skincare products

Qualifications

• Massachusetts certification in Esthetics or Cosmetology
• Proficiency in using salon software
• Knowledge of color theory for makeup application
• Experience with dermaplaning
• Understanding of hospitality to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to work with diverse skin types and conditions
• Strong attention to detail and sanitation practices

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Dermaplaning certification
• Familiarity with advanced skincare treatments
