Responsibilities
- Conduct skin evaluations to determine appropriate treatments and develop personalized plans for clients.
- Provide consultations for every client
- Perform a variety of services including Fotona laser facial, exosome therapy, facials, chemical peels, laser treatments, laser hair removal, microneedling, laser skin rejuvenation, IPL, Fotona body sculpting and skin tightening, skin analysis, and other non-invasive skincare procedures
- Educate clients on skincare products, post-treatment care, and recommend products to help achieve their desired results.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional, knowledgeable, and personalized service.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless, high-quality experience for every client.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and advancements in skincare techniques, products, and equipment.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Maintain a pristine, safe, and welcoming treatment environment.
- Schedule clients according to their customized treatment plans
- Responsible for stocking, managing and reporting inventory
Qualifications
- Massachusetts esthetician License required
- 2+ years of experience in a medical spa or similar setting preferred
- 2+ years of experience in advanced esthetic procedures.
- Selling and upselling products and services
- Advanced Certifications in chemical peels, microneedling, exosome, and Laser treatments a plus
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, specifically the PCA line, laser equipment, and advanced treatment options
- Passionate about helping clients look and feel their best is a MUST
- Familiar with aesthetic scheduling and payment platforms
- Social Media experience a plus
