Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of esthetic services, including facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, microchanneling, waxing, lash and brow tinting, lash lifts, and brow lamination. You'll assess guests' skin conditions, recommend personalized treatments and products, and offer guidance on skincare routines and home care. We want you to help create a welcoming, warm environment that will encourage clients to return time and again.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with a strong ability to perform esthetic treatments. While prior experience is certainly valuable, we're happy to train the right person, especially if you bring exceptional guest service skills and a deep passion for skincare. It's also important that you are friendly, professional, and able to multitask effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment. Familiarity with ISCLINICAL and Naturopathica products is a plus, but not required.
Physical Requirements
As part of the role, you should be able to perform treatments for up to six consecutive hours, stand for extended periods, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds when preparing for treatments.
