As a Waxing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall client experience through your expertise in hair removal techniques and customer service. One year of professional experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform various waxing services for clients, including but not limited to eyebrow, lip, and body waxing.
• Ensure all tools and workstations are properly sanitized before and after each service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and hygiene.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences.
• Educate clients on post-wax care and recommend suitable products for their skin type.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in waxing techniques and beauty treatments.
• Assist with retail sales of waxing-related products to enhance client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless operation within the salon.

Skills

• Proficient in waxing techniques with a strong focus on sanitation practices.
• Familiarity with salon software for scheduling and client management.
• Experience in retail sales to promote beauty products effectively.
• 1 year professional background in esthetics / cosmetology or related fields is required.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Additional skills such as skincare, eyelash extensions, or nail care are advantageous but not required.
