Radiant Day Spa in Jacksonville, Oregon, is looking for an experienced licensed massage therapist. In this role, you will provide exceptional body treatment services that enhance the well-being and satisfaction of our clients. You will be responsible for delivering a variety of massage therapies and body treatments while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment. Your expertise and customer service will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our clientele.

Expectations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in retail sales by applying retail math skills to manage inventory and promote products effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in massage therapy.
- Comfortable with opening and closing the spa, checking in and out clients, and selling product.
- Ability to learn our POS system.
- Comfortable with cleaning of your treatment room.
- Comfortable with washing, drying and folding laundry.
Skills
- Strong foundation in spa principles and practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with retail math to assist in product sales and inventory management.
- Ability to maintain sanitation standards consistently throughout all services provided.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality treatments.
