LL Touch Advanced Aesthetics, a family-owned and operated laser center in Abington, MA, is looking for an experienced, passionate, and team-oriented Medical Aesthetician/Laser Hair Technician to join our growing family.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Candidates should have a solid foundation in skin care and advanced aesthetic treatments, including proficiency with the Splendor X Lumenis for Laser Hair Removal.
• Sales Skills: Strong sales experience is essential—being able to recommend personalized treatments and products is key to your success and our clients' satisfaction.
• Customer Service: You should be friendly, approachable, and able to create lasting relationships with clients while providing them with exceptional care and attention.
• Attitude: A positive, upbeat attitude is a must! You should be ready to learn, contribute, and grow with our team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Position Requirements

• 1-2 years of facial treatment experience
• Laser Certification
• Aesthetician License
• RN degree (preferred but not required)
• 2-3 years of sales experience

Desired Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in microneedling, dermaplaning, custom facials, laser facials, microdermabrasion, extractions
• Ability to develop customized treatment plans based on each client's needs
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain treatments and recommendations clearly to clients
• High attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards

Job Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival and guide them through our menu of services, tailoring recommendations based on their needs
• Perform laser hair removal and advanced aesthetic treatments with care and precision
• Be proactive in following up with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and helping them reach their beauty goals
• Participate in ongoing education programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies
• Assist with training and mentoring new estheticians as they join our team
• Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and high customer satisfaction

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $20-$26/hr, based on experience
