• Maintain cleanliness and organization
• Promote retail sales by recommending products that enhance clients' beauty routines (bonus)
• Collaborate with team members/co-renters to ensure a positive salon atmosphere and excellent customer service
• Stay updated on your industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills

Experience and Requirements

• Proven experience as a professional in your beauty industry
• Strong knowledge of principles and practices in your field
• Familiarity with the beauty industry
• Experience in retail sales within the beauty sector is advantageous
• Skills in store management can enhance team efficiency and client satisfaction
• Certification in your specific field (e.g., cosmetology, esthetics, massage therapy) is required
