Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced skincare treatments, including but not limited to HydraFacial, IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), laser treatments, and Morpheus8 (preferred but not required).

• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess skin conditions and recommend customized treatment plans.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare products, tools, and techniques to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up care.

• Maintain a clean and sterile workspace in compliance with industry and health standards.

• Collaborate with the team to meet spa goals and contribute to a supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed esthetician in a professional spa or medical setting.

• Proficiency in performing HydraFacial, IPL, and laser treatments; experience with Morpheus8 is a significant bonus.

• Current esthetics license in the state of Massachusetts.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
