“It’s a great day at Tiffany’s!” We are looking for creative candidates with an eye for design for the position of Master Hair Stylist. Hair Stylist duties include consulting clients on hairstyling options, performing many different services, including creative color, corrective color, foils, balayage, brazilian blowouts, short and long haired cuts, blowouts, and more. Retaining those clients for the you and the business is also important. Most of our clientele continues coming back after their inital visit. Retailing is also a very important part of our stylists job. Each client is walked through the different products being used on their hair and are told the benefits of the different hair care products, that way they can achieve the same look from their home. We provide educational classes that way we make sure our stylist are up to date on the latest hair trends and styling methods. Additionally, Hair Stylists need to be expert "people persons" to attract and retain long-term guests. This requires good interpersonal and conversational skills. We have a front desk staff that does all of the scheduling for you, and checks the clients in and out. The ideal candidate has a cosmetology license and is well-rounded in coloring and cutting.
