Duties

• Perform skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments based on individual client needs.
• Administer facials, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and other skincare treatments.
• Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on proper skincare routines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
• Provide Laser Hair Removal
• Promote and sell skincare products and services to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in the beauty industry, including techniques related to skincare.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere for both clients and staff.

Skills

• Proficient in client management.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetology principles and practices.
• Experience with product demos to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
• Familiarity with advanced techniques such as RF Microneedling and med spa treatments is preferred.
• Excellent sales skills to promote products and services effectively.
• Ability to sanitize tools and maintain a clean workspace consistently.
• Knowledge of tattooing techniques is a plus but not required.
• Exceptional communication skills with a friendly demeanor to build rapport with clients.
