Description
We are looking to hire a part time 30hrs with potential to become full time front receptionist/patient care coordinator at our newest medical spa in Salem, NH to join our fun and busy team! Our current requirement is for someone to work all 4 Saturdays from 10a-4p and Wednesday - Friday during the week 10a-6pm, with flexibility for a 9am start time. There is potential to grow this into a full time position, if the applicant is a right fit for our company being 38-40 hours. The job consists of excellent communication skills, answering clients' questions about our treatments and skin care product recommendation, customer service, answering calls, taking accurate messages, greeting customers, updating retail products, closing sales at the front desk, scheduling appointments, entering botox/filler patients to Brilliant Distinctions/Alle, Aspire, Care Credit and other softwares etc. We are looking for someone to possess a professional, friendly, up-beat and customer-driven personality that is always polite and helpful.
Front Desk Responsibilities
- Coordinate and confirm appointments.
- Sales to clients
- Greet and offer refreshments in a friendly professional manner
- Check inventory
- Help manager resolve client service issues timely and efficiently
- Positive upbeat attitude
- Receptionist experience is a plus, training will be provided
- Spa/Medical Spa experience is necessary
- High school diploma required, some college preferred.
- Good computer skills with some experience in excel, and power-point required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
