Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate experienced Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our clients. You will be responsible for performing various nail treatments, offering excellent customer service, and promoting additional services to enhance the client experience.

Duties

• Perform manicure and pedicure services, including nail shaping, polishing, and nail art.
• Sanitize tools and workstations to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Upsell additional services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, or hair threading when appropriate.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and assist with retail sales of products.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a related cosmetology field is preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in a salon environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
• Experience in upselling services and retail sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with hair threading, body waxing, eyelash extensions, or barbering is advantageous but not required.
