At EZ Tan, Hair and Nails (EZTHN), we are all about creating a welcoming environment and providing a friendly, enjoyable service. We love to build relationships with our clients and make their salon experience rejuvenating for their mind and body. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care, keep their station organized and sanitary, and have a passionate desire to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

In our salon, our cosmetologists pay a monthly booth fee to the owner, then have the ability to create their own schedule (within our salons regular open hours), set their own prices, build a clientele, and take home all of their own earnings. We provide the spaces and chair, and you must provide your own nail tools and abide by sanitation laws and our salons policies.

*Responsibilities*

- Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health regulations.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to offer innovative services.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

- Keep record of your sales and assist customers with checking out and scheduling.

*Skills*

- Proficient in various nail care techniques and treatments.

- Strong communication skills to interact with clients effectively.

- Knowledge of retail math to assist with product sales and inventory management.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

- Ability to work while maintaining professionalism.

- Experience in body waxing, hair styling, hair threading, barbering, or hair extensions is a plus. (Not required).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Freelance

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
