We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development, strategic planning, and ensuring efficient management of resources. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while focusing on process improvement and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and enhance operational performance.
• Manage resources and budgets to ensure successful completion of initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement.
• Maintain cost-effective staff schedule coverage necessary to meet or exceed established budgeted sales, profits and productivity goals.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development and accountability.
• Analyze operational data to inform decision-making and optimize workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management or a related field.
• Strong skills in business development, strategic planning, and project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage profit and loss effectively.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team building and motivation.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
