Natural and organic beauty has seen a huge rise in demand. As one of the only salons/spas that offer organic skin and hair care in the area we have been busy meeting that demand.

At Four Elements we are team-oriented, we believe in investing in our team and providing them with ongoing training and resources to enrich them with confidence and knowledge. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
• Perform hair styling services, including cuts, coloring, and treatments, while ensuring sanitation standards are met.
• Educate clients on hair care and styling techniques.
• Assist in retail sales and promote salon products to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Must be currently licensed in MA to be considered.
• One year of experience required.
• Experience/Interest in holistic and organic beauty is a plus!
