What You Will Do as a Hair Designer at Lola Hair Studio

• Live your dream and have the best career in the world as a hairdresser/hair stylist/artist
• Perform hair care services such as hair cutting, coloring, dimensional work, texturizing services, styling, formal styling, and extensions - to name a few but you do not have to do them all.
• Be a part of the best salon team there is - Really! Our team and culture is our greatest asset. You will help others and be helped in your day-to-day role.
• Attend all necessary meetings, calls, and classes required. Retain information and implement new strategies to promote growth. Education is key and our path to inspiration.

Must Have the Following Qualities

Basic Requirements

• 3+ years prior guest services or hospitality experience, as well as the ability to work some evenings and Saturdays
• 1+ years of Salon/Spa Administration Skills
• Commitment to a flexible work schedule, dedication to great customer service, and the ability to lead and develop customer relationships
• Positive upbeat attitude, motivated, fashionable, and able to multi-task
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
