Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized and customer-oriented Salon Receptionist to join our team at the Face Place!As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The Face Place and Spa has been in business for over 40 years. We are located on Route 53 in Hanover, MA off of Exit 13. We focus on skin care and nails, and massage. Please forward resume for consideration!
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
- Schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments in person, over the phone and via email.
- Provide clients with information on salon services, promotions and products.
- Process client check-ins and payments, handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Keep front desk area tidy, organized and stocked with necessary materials.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred, ideally in a salon or spa environment.
- Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience with scheduling software or booking system.
- Skin care experience a plus!
- Must be able to work one evening a week and Saturday.
