- Working alongside stylists, assisting with preparation for each client and service
- Providing excellent customer service by ensuring clients are comfortable and cared for during their visit
- Shampooing
- Learning a deeper knowledge of color theory
- Color gloss application
- Conditioning and scalp massage
- Blow-drying
- Cleaning and organizing the salon
