Job Description

We are in search of a high energy assistant to add to our team, with endless possibilities to grow and learn from the owner Claudio Costa.

Salon assistant will be responsible for providing support to stylists by greeting clients, prepping them for services like shampooing and scalp massages, maintaining cleanliness of the salon, stocking supplies, answering phones, and assisting with basic tasks to ensure a smooth client experience.

We require a cosmetology license, unless you are still in cosmetology school.

Responsibilities In Depth

• Greet clients upon arrival, offer refreshments, and manage appointment schedules.
• Perform shampooing, scalp massages, and towel drying for clients before stylist services.
• Keep the salon clean by sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, washing towels, and disinfecting equipment.
• Stock retail shelves with hair products, color supplies, and other necessary items.
• Answer phone calls, book appointments, and manage client records.
• Mix hair color, prepare tools, and assist stylists with client services as needed.
• Promote and sell salon products to clients.
