Daryl Christopher is now recruiting Salon Assistants/Junior Stylists to join our team.

We are seeking passionate, energetic, and motivated individuals that are enthusiastic about the beauty industry, eager to learn, and enjoy creating a positive client experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career as a hair stylist and/or hair colorist.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and professionally.
• Shampoo, condition, and prepare clients for their salon services.
• Assist stylists with tasks such as organizing tools, maintaining cleanliness, wash and fold laundry, and ensuring smooth service flow.
• Assist stylists with washing out hair color, applying toner and glazes, and deep conditioning treatments.
• Keep shampoo stations, styling stations and common areas clean and tidy.
• Provide a relaxing and enjoyable shampoo experience for clients.
• Help stock and organize salon products as needed.

Qualifications

• Passion for the beauty and hair care industry.
• A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow with the team.
• Previous salon experience is a plus but not required.
• MA Cosmetology License
• Must work Saturdays and Sundays.
