Position: Junior Stylist/Assistant

We begin with focusing on genuine and honest customer service, including how to lead useful and organized consultations with a diverse range of clients and services.

Location: Brookline, MA 02445 (Applicants must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work)

Job Type:

• Full-time (Tuesdays to Saturdays)
• Apprenticeship

Pay:

• Assistant: From $15 per hour + Tips
• Once promoted to Stylist: $6,000-$8,000/month
• Salary: Up to $90,000 per year
• Guaranteed commission rate

Training Program: Our training program is designed to develop Assistants into professional Hair Stylists. The program includes training in customer service, cutting, coloring, perming, and Japanese hair-straightening. We promote stylists to the next level once they have a deep understanding of various skills. We also teach customer service psychology, including how to lead consultations.
