Duties

• Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair extensions.
• Utilize straight razors for precision cuts and styles as needed.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services or products.
• Maintain knowledge of current trends in hair styling and beauty techniques.
• Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
• Manage your appointments to ensure efficient scheduling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon workspace.
• Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients throughout their visit.

Requirements

• A valid cosmetology license is required.
• Previous experience in a salon environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills in retail sales and store management are advantageous for maximizing client engagement.
• Proficiency in using salon software for appointment management is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and provide personalized service.
• Experience in makeup application is beneficial for offering comprehensive beauty services.
