As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage salon staff, including recruiting, training, and scheduling.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction are consistently met.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and ordering supplies.
• Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain cost-effective staff schedule coverage necessary to meet or exceed established budgeted sales, profits and productivity goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to staff for continuous improvement.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise promptly.
• Perform any other duties deemed necessary by the Company.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management practices.
• Experience in sales with a track record of achieving targets.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and cash handling procedures is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
