We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information about services offered.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirm bookings via phone and in-person.
- Handle cash register duties, including processing payments and managing cash handling accurately.
- Stock and sell salon products, promoting upselling opportunities to enhance client experience.
- Maintain an organized reception area and ensure that all supplies are adequately stocked.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in supervising salon staff when needed, ensuring smooth operations throughout the day.
- Utilize basic math skills for transactions and inventory management effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
