We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented Salon Receptionist to join our growing team at Aura Salon. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Provide clients with information on salon services, promotions, and products.
- Process client check-ins and payments, and handle cash and card transactions.
- Keep the front desk area tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred, ideally in a salon or spa environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience with scheduling software or booking systems.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
