Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and manage salon/spa staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of customer service, handling client inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Scheduling & Staffing: Create and manage employee schedules to optimize service availability and efficiency.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Monitor financial performance, track KPIs, and implement strategies to increase sales and service bookings.
- Inventory & Supplies: Manage inventory, place product orders, and ensure retail and professional supplies are well-stocked.
- Marketing & Promotions: Assist with promotions, social media content, and special events to drive business growth.
- Compliance & Cleanliness: Ensure all staff adhere to health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining a clean and professional environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in salon, spa, or hospitality management is preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with booking/scheduling software and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
