Job Description

We're currently seeking a friendly, organized, and driven Patient Care Coordinator who is passionate about the beauty industry and has a strong skill set in marketing and sales. This role will be critical in supporting our patient journey from initial consultation through post-treatment care, while also helping to grow our client base and increase revenue through strategic marketing and sales efforts.

Responsibilities

Patient Care & Customer Service:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, offering a high level of customer service from consultation to follow-up.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, answering questions, and ensuring patients are informed about the services offered at the spa.
  • Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and encourage re-booking.
  • Maintain patient records in accordance with privacy regulations (HIPAA).

Marketing & Sales:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive new patient acquisition, leveraging social media, email campaigns, and local partnerships.
  • Create and manage promotional campaigns, special offers, and events to attract and retain clients.
  • Identify and target potential clients through lead generation strategies, follow up with inquiries, and convert leads into appointments.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for the spa's website, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance, adjusting tactics as needed to optimize results.

Sales Support:

  • Assist in meeting sales targets by promoting spa services and retail products to existing and potential clients.
  • Work closely with the team to promote the latest trends and treatment offerings to meet patient needs and drive business growth.
  • Educate patients on various services and products, answering questions and recommending appropriate solutions.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with our medical professionals and spa staff to ensure patients receive high-quality care and a positive experience.
  • Provide feedback and insights from patients to help improve services, treatments, and overall spa experience.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service, patient care, or sales role, preferably in the medical spa or beauty industry.
  • Proven track record in marketing, with experience in digital marketing (social media, SEO, email campaigns), sales, and lead generation.
  • Experience with CRM systems, booking software, and Google Analytics is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to think creatively and drive results through marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Passion for aesthetics and wellness, with a deep understanding of the services provided.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently without constant direction, the ideal skill set should include both proactive qualities and the ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
