Job Description

We are hiring for our NEW Norwood location.

Location and availability will stand out in the hiring process. Full or Part time available.

Shifts

  • 7:00am – 3:00pm
  • 2:30pm – 10:00pm

Closed Tuesday in Norwood. At least one weekend shift REQUIRED. Flexibility and availability are important.

Attendant and Receptionist Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and professional demeanor to guests and co-workers.
  • Answer the phone professionally, make and confirm appointments. Ensure all information on file is up to date and correct. Note any special Guest requests and answer questions about products and services offered.
  • Book appointments to maximize spa productivity while ensuring a quality Guest experience. Track Guests' itineraries in the Spa Computer System and communicate changes.
  • Maintain full knowledge of The Bodhi Spa facilities, hydrotherapy circuit (Water Journey). Give spa facility orientation tours during the check-in process.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment at all times while on duty.
  • Fold linens - Towels, robes, sheets and restock.
  • Clean, restock and maintain the Water Journey area, change rooms and relaxation areas as needed. Perform diligent water removal and clean up procedures.
  • Interact with guests to provide a 5-star customer experience.
