Spa Manager Job Description

Contour Spa is looking for a Spa Manager to lead the day-to-day spa operations. You will oversee all spa services, including scheduling, sales, service, and maintenance. You will also ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures. Our Spa Managers are responsible for leading by example and working with other Spa Managers to ensure that the spa is running smoothly and efficiently.

Essential Duties:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day spa operations
• Oversee daily spa services including service scheduling, sales, service, and maintenance
• Making sure the team is reaching conversion and sales targets weekly/monthly
• Ensure that staff members adhere to company policies and procedures
• Lead by example and manage staff in a positive way to ensure high quality customer service
• Work with other Spa Managers to ensure that the spa is running smoothly and efficiently
• Provide feedback on spa services and scheduling to clients in a timely manner
• Ensure that all clients receive a 5-Star experience

• Meet with team members weekly with shadow days and team meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,103.00 - $120,000.00 per year
